Your privacy choices should be as straightforward as the rest of this site. Here is what we use, why we use it and how to change your mind.
TO CHOOSE.
We use essential session cookies when you open a contact or review form, make a booking request or sign in to the content studio. They help keep forms secure and the sign-in working. We also remember your cookie choice for six months so we do not ask you on every visit.
We do not currently run Google Analytics, Google Tag or advertising pixels. The site insights choice records a preference for future analytics. Before any analytics provider is enabled, we will identify it here and ask for fresh consent. No optional analytics script loads before that consent.

WHAT WORKS WITHOUT A CHOICE
Essential cookies
sachman_contact: a browser-session cookie used only on /contact for form security and request throttling.
sachman_booking: a browser-session cookie used only on /book for form security and request throttling.
sachman_admin: a browser-session cookie used only on /admin for secure sign-in and editor form protection.
sachman_cookie_choice: a six-month first-party cookie used across the site to remember whether you selected essential only or allowed site insights. It stores the choice and consent version, not your name or contact details. Session cookies are Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; the choice cookie is Secure and SameSite=Lax and must be readable by the consent control.
sachman_review: an essential, session-only cookie that protects the review form and prevents repeated submissions. It expires when the browser session ends.

OPTIONAL / CURRENTLY INACTIVE
Site insights
No Google Analytics, Google Tag or advertising pixel is installed in this release. Selecting “Allow site insights” only stores that preference today; it does not start tracking. If we later add a provider, we will name it, explain the data and storage it uses, update this page and ask again before loading it. Selecting “Essential only” keeps optional analytics off.

OTHER CONNECTIONS
Fonts, motion and external links
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and animation files from jsDelivr or unpkg. Those providers may receive standard connection information, such as an IP address and browser details, when your browser requests their files. We do not use those resources as analytics tags. Choosing a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp only when you click it; their own privacy terms then apply.

Change your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer or “Review my cookie settings” on this page at any time. Switch site insights off and save to withdraw that preference. You can also remove site cookies in your browser settings. Essential form and sign-in cookies will be created again when you use those features.
